In Need of A Sad Song

I wish there's a sad song that I could sing, but there is none
One that speaks of leaving, a house, and memories
Of many firsts, many quarrels, few parties, and memories
Of unpaid bills, dusty floors, and a rabbit that is now gone

I wish for a song that sings of four walls that witnessed love
Faucets that leak, and broken jalousies
And of happiness that peaks and drops every other month
And friendships that cracked and was afterwards a stronger bond

But I can't find this song that sings of these memories
In my mind or in my library
And I just find
That I need that melody to make leaving go easy.
